Henley Royal Regatta 2006

Henley Royal Regatta 2006 is being held from Wednesday 28 June to Sunday 2 July.
The Draw for all Events takes place at 3.00 p.m. on Saturday 24 June in Henley Town Hall.
The hours during which racing takes place each day varies with the number of entries received but in recent years the following general pattern has proved fairly consistent:

Reading Town Regatta 2006
This is on Saturday 24th June,2006. The race is from 9 a.m to 7 p.m.
The train takes 25 minutes from London Paddington Station.
There are trains departing London Paddington at 7:35 a.m. ; 7:45 ; 7:48 ; 8:00 ; 8:05
arriving in Reading at 8:00 a.m ; 8:10 ; 8:16; 8:25 ; 8:30 a.m
It is about a mile from Reading Station to the Thames Valley Park, a short taxi ride.
There is also a free bus to Thames Valley Park
There is a 24 hour black cab rank outside the main entrance of Reading Station.
The return trip from Reading to London Paddington is about 28 minutes.
Have to watch out for slow trains. There is one at 19:31 arriving at 20:24
